AKC understands how life circumstance's can create barriers, but with the right support system, individuals will regain stability with confidence. Allowing individuals a second chance to rebuild their future!
AKC envisions building a community of resiliency that supports our Seniors, Veterans, Re-Entry Citizens, Aging Out Foster, DV Survivors, giving all sure access to safe supportive housing. While building a new clear pathway towards independence.
We promote Respect, Accountability, Responsibility, with Unity in every home!
